This privacy notice describes how Bread & Roses as the controller of your personal information collects and processes personal information about you, how we use and protect this information, and your rights in relation to this information. 

We collect information about you when you visit our website, make a purchase from us for a bouquet or apply to take part in a workshop, attend a workshop, sponsor our activities, or represent a sponsor. 

The categories of information that we may hold about you are

(c) details relating to your participation in our workshops; 

(d) details of your visits to our website including your IP address, your general geographic location as indicated by your IP address, your browser type, and the content you view on our website; 

(e) if you are a sponsor, details of the terms of your sponsorship; and 

(f) if you are making purchases via our website, your purchase details such as payment 

details, greeting message and delivery or pick-up address. 

We use your personal information to: 

(a) process your order details and make arrangements for the delivery of your orders; 

(b) process your payment; 

(c) deal with your enquiries and requests; 

(d) monitor and improve the performance of our website; 

(e) communicate with you regarding a sponsorship; and 

(f) to evaluate your feedback

a) to fulfil our contractual obligations to you; for example if you make a purchase via our website 

we will need to use the personal information that you have provided to us to fulfil your order;

meet the expectations of purchasers from our website; to enable us to manage the administration of our activities, evaluate feedback or make arrangements for attendance on a workshop. • where we use courier services to complete deliveries of orders; or

When you make a purchase from our website we will only retain your personal information for as long as is required for dealing with any questions or complaints you may have and to meet our legal obligations. We keep the minimum amount of personal information about you after you have participated in one of our courses for as long as we need to keep records of who has attended our courses, to deal with any questions or complaints you may have, and to meet our legal obligations. If you are a corporate sponsor we will keep some information about you for as long as is required for our own record-keeping purposes, to deal with any questions or complaints or to meet our legal obligations. 

If we make any material changes in the way we collect, use, and/or share the personal information that you have provided, we will notify you by posting notice of the changes in a clear and conspicuous manner on the Bread & Roses website.
